One person is facing charges and another person is recovering from injuries after an off-road vehicle crash in Posey County. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources says Conservation Officers are investigating the crash, which happened just before 7:00 PM on Sunday. Officers responded to the crash in the area of Oliver Road and Springfield Road, where they found that 22-year-old Kristin Murillo of Evansville had been driving the ORV. Authorities say the ORV left the road and crashed into a tree, causing the 19-year-old passenger to become pinned inside. Murillo was arrested and booked into the Posey County Jail on DUI charges, but has since been released on bond. Authorities didn't immediately release any details on the extent of the passenger's injuries.
